Vitamins C and E are powerful antioxidants and can be found in the citrus fruits like oranges, and vegetables like broccoli. Vitamin A helps in repairing damaged skin and is found in many fruits and vegetables. Vitamin B complex has many uses, one of which is in lightening the skin. This vitamin can be found in rice, eggs and bananas. Make sure to include all of these foods in your diet.
